Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, 75%, Tinta Roriz 15%, Rufet (+ several others) 10%
Harvesting and Winemaking: The grapes were selected hand-picked, had a total stalk removal and were softly crushed and kept in stainless steel vats, where the fermenting process ocurred at a controlled temperature between 26-28 °C.
Ageing: French oak barrels for 24 months (blend made with Radoux Evolution fine-grain, Cadus, Seguin Moureau) and in the bottle for 30 months.
