Harvesting and Winemaking: Most of the grapes were selected and picked in the Falorca vineyard, 30 years of age, and the rest were came from Esmoitada vineyard, from 80+ years old vines to bring more complexity to the wine. The grapes were hand-picked, had a total stalk removal, and were then taken to the cellar where they remained for one night in order to lower the temperature before the beggining of the winemaking process. They were then foot treated in a very old granitic press and the fermenting process occurred in barrels.

Ageing: 75% in 1st year, 25% in 2nd/3rd years in 225l french oak barrels (18 months, blend made with Radoux - Evolution fine-grain, Cadus and Seguin Moureau) and in bottle.
