Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional.

 

Harvesting and Winemaking: The grapes were carefully hand picked to 18kg cases and were directly and softly pressed. The fermentation was controlled at low temperature for 29 days in stainless steel vats, to keep all the variety floral aromas.
